We support the full range of metals and engineering plastics. Each material offers unique hardness, corrosion resistance and machinability. Carbon steel: 45# steel, high strength, moderate hardness, easy machining. Stainless steel 304: general anti-corrosion, acid resistant. Aluminium alloy 6061/7075: lightweight, good thermal conductivity. Copper and brass: good electrical conductivity. Engineering plastics: PEEK, POM, nylon for insulating and wear-resistant components.

Professional Steel Heat Treatment

With 20 years of professional heat treatment experience, we know that different steel grades after hardening, tempering and nitriding show significant differences:

45# Steel: After hardening hardness HRC45-48, moderate wear resistance, excellent toughness, not prone to cracking, low price. Suitable for shafts, pins, general mechanical parts.

Mould Steel P20: Pre-hardened HRC40-45, balanced toughness and wear resistance, stable dimensions, medium price. For plastic injection moulds, long-life structural parts.

Cr12MoV: Vacuum hardened HRC55-58, ultra-high wear resistance, high hardness, brittle, high price. For heavy-duty stamping dies, high-wear mechanical components.

SKD11: Hardened HRC59-63, maximum wear resistance, low toughness, prone to cracking under heavy impact, high price. For precision cutting dies.

DC53: Hardened HRC58-62, wear resistance close to SKD11, better toughness, not prone to fracture, higher cost than SKD11. Ideal for precision gears and impact-resistant dies.
